Our Story
Josh Randall began his career in the insurance industry with Bankers Life, where he quickly moved into training and leadership roles, helping develop new agents and build strong relationships within the industry.
After gaining years of experience, Josh founded Gate City Insurance Group in 2008 with a simple goal—to create a more personal, client-focused approach to insurance.
Melanie later joined the business, forming a husband-and-wife team focused on helping people understand their options and make confident decisions about their coverage.
Today, Gate City Insurance Group serves clients locally in Idaho and across the United States.

We’re excited to be part of the Oldies Rod & Custom Car Show on June 13th!
This event helps support the Pocatello Senior Activity Center, and we’d love to see a great turnout from our community.
Come check out some amazing classic cars, enjoy the food, listen to some great music, and spend a few hours with family and friends.
We’ll have a booth set up, so stop by and say hello if you’re there. We’ll also be donating a Lifetime cooler and a car detailing kit for the raffle.
The Senior Center does a lot of good for people in our community, and we’re proud to support them.
